Wage and Hour Litigation by Way of Iowa

Up early this morning trying to catch up on some reading and a little writing here. So what has Iowa got to do with Indiana? Both states share the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Since I left my in-house position, I have not kept as close an eye on the FLSA and these articles contain some very good reminders. For businesses I cannot think of any better advice than this:
